Seiza Benches

Seiza benches provide extra support and comfort for zazen. Our benches are available in two styles and several hardwood choices. All woods are brought to a fine finish and with proper care will last for generations.
Solid Seiza Bench: Available in Cho Chi, White Oak, Red Oak, Cherry, Bubinga and Zebrawood. This bench style measures 22" x 7 1/4". Seat height is 7" in front by 9" in back.

Travel Seiza Bench: Available in Red Oak, White Oak, Cherry, Bubinga and Zebrawood. This style measures 24" x 8" and legs are angled between 7" and 9" tall.
